Vedran and his wife are very welcoming, kind and helpful. It was very easy to communicate with them as they are always available in person or via mobile phone. The apartment was very spacious, clean, modern and well-equipped, conveniently located near the shops and bus stops. The Split center is only 10 min by bus. We can highly recommend Vedran and his apartment for a pleasant stay in Split!

Verdan and his wife are fabulous hosts. Our flight arrived in the later evening and they were right there to pick us up at the airport. Great with suggestions! The apartment is a bit further from the city than I expected- probably a 25 minute walk, but closer to the beach. This fit our needs perfectly.

Vedran and his wife were both extremely helpful, they picked us up from the bus station and showed us where everything was. The apartment was exactly as described and in a good location. Not right in Split but a 5 min walk from a lovely beach. Busses go by the place regularly and Uber is very cheap. Shops nearby and perfectly good cooking equipment in the flat.

My girlfriend and I stayed in the apartment 7 days during july and august. The location of the apartment is perfect. It is in walking distance from the beach and promenade (5 min), but still plenty far away from the music and noise from the bars and restaurant in the evening. The view is beautiful and cannot be described, it must be watched. The host is extremely friendly. All in all we can only recommend this place. Thank you for a perfect location and a friendly host. We enjoyed it very much.

The apartament looks the same as the pictures. There is everything you need to spend comfortable time in Podgora. Price to quality ratio is realy appropriate. Vedran is great host, he answers super fast. A small supprise was waiting for us. I would hire this apartment for the second time.

The welcoming was perfect. Vedran was really arranging although we had many constraints. For exemple we had to take a plane really early in the morning and Vedran make the things so much easier Unfortunately we could have not use all the recommandation from him as we were there for a short time but it’s a shame because he seems to have so many good advices.

The flat was very clean, good space, fully equipped and great sea view. 3-4 minutes walk down to the city bay or beaches. Location is very good, its not far from the beach as it might look in the photos. As for the host, Verdan and the family were amazing hosts. I had an accident there, they were super helpful and carried me from split hospital. Highly recommended.

Vedran was an AMAZING host! Super friendly and always there if we needed anything, he offered to pick us up from the airport and drive us back and always had a bunch of great information about the city/restaurants/sights to see. The apartment was perfect for 4 of us, was very clean, had two separate rooms and a kitchen with all utensils you needed. Great location as well, 3 minute walk from the beach, across from a liquor store and just around the corner from a supermarket. Dalmatia palace was only a 5/6 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Very good, quiet place. I could not find better in Podgora. Beach is a 6-minute walk away. Apartments have everything you need for a trip. Large balcony with great views. I recommend!

Vedran was a great helper. Always respond quickly to messages. After this trip, I can call him a friend.

Apartment is exactly like in the pictures. Clean, spacious and modern. Vedran was really helpful and made our stay even better-he was friendly and attentive. He offered good advice and picked us up from places when we needed. The apartment is a 20 minute walk from the main area of Split, but you pass plenty of lovely bakeries (Bobis is a must for amazing breakfast pastries), cafes and supermarkets on the way. The apartment was very clean and tidy upon arrival and very close to the beach and shops. Our host was extremely helpful throughout the visit and was always available to assist us in anyway possible. He was kind enough to pick us up from the train station and take us to the airport at the end of our stay. He also provided us with information about the local area and activities we could take part in. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend. Vedran was an amazing host. Our bus to Split was delayed but he was very accommodating. He came and picked us up from the bus stop and brought us to the apartment. He referred companies for excursions and was available anytime we needed something or had questions. The apartment was clean, spacious and close to public transit. The beach was 5 min by walk. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are staying in Split.

The apartment has a modern interior and two sizeable bedrooms which are furnished nicely. The kitchen is quite large for European standards and has everything you need to cook. The apartment was a short stroll from the old city area (approximately 20 minutes). The local supermarket are about a 5 minute walk away. Verdan was super helpful and picked up us from the airport even though we were travelling in two groups. He also helped organise our day tours We enjoyed our stay and definitely would return if we had the chance.

We absolutely loved our stay in your lovely flat. It was really well equipped and only 10 mins from the beach. It was great to have towels provided and we particularly enjoyed spending time relaxing in the spacious living room. Vedran himself is charming, informative and helped us get a great discount on local trips. The taxi service he offered to and from the airport was also fantastic value. Overall, could not have been better for a group of 5 students.
